That’s an export configuration study, not necessarily what the current in service version has. You also need to check what the start of that document says, a lot of what you mention here are changes they would have made to an export version if they were to ever export it.

and it says that that comes from the precedents set from the F-35 export

You are acting as if most modern AESAs don’t have any of these features, it’s naive to think that the N036 wouldn’t have this. We already know that the N036 has a higher output than the AN/APG-77.

We know that f35 is gonna get GaN with apg85, same for su57, soon

Rafale f5 and su30mki are gonna get GaN soon too

Afaik only the chinese have GaN in service rn
