Harrier GR7/T10 should have 6x AAMs or 6x AGM weapons fit, but is limited to only 4.
Hawk 200 RDA could have 4x Skyflash DF, limited to only 2 currently.
Probably others im forgetting. So they have done so in the past.

Still, their BR defines their armaments, they got their full armament potential.

Even the Tornado IDS SLE is limited to only 9x Brimstones at the moment, as was the GR4 when it was first added.

Correct, they wont be As good as the flankers, Butttt, su39 is not a flanker, its a multi role attack aircraft, specifically designed to fulfill Multi role operations, Its Excellent low speed will make it potent for aerial targets and provide a certain level of protection against fast moving targets.
Some flankers are also multirole tbf

The Su39 can carry Kh25MP ( TV version ) , and MPU the IR version it still havent been added to the game.
yeah bc they copy pasted the 25T loadouts
you should know the stance gaijin has as a technical Moderator
and that stance is the reason why the finnish F-18C without an HMD wasnt limited in the ammount of amraams it has to be put to a lower BR
