So you admit that BR is decided by both ARB and GRB and should understand why the Su-39 is higher than the Su-25
With the 9L nerfs, I consider them equal, with the exception of a minor range advantage the 9L has.
1x Vikhr is essentially equal to 1x AGM-65D, especially with teh recent range nerfs that have essentially capped them to the same range. Even IF it takes 2 or maybe even on rare occasion 3 Vikhrs, you still poses more long range AGMs than the Harrier Gr7 does. Yes, it lacks a targetting pod, but that is a minor advantage within GRB, especially at the moment with the aforementioned AGM/Targetting pod nerfs and Im guessing the Su-39 may get that in the near future
The same can be said at any BR for any aircraft. The Tornado Gr1 has twice the radius, a fraction of the CMs and no IRCM. Not mention a very limited ground attack payload that is usually best to just employ unguided weapons, as the trade offs for using the guided ones are not currently worth it. DOes this mean you equally propose the Tornado Gr1 recieve Aim-9M?
You MUST accept that the Su-39’s PRIMARY role is CAS. That is what it is designed for, that is why it has been added to GRB. SMIN has already confirmed this. You cannot expect such an aircraft to go toe-to-toe with air superiority fighters at the same BR.
You ONLY site historical precedence, or vague claims that its ground attack payload is irrelevant to its ARB rating. But refuse to accept that. Harrier Gr7 is routinely pitted against Mig-29s and F-14Bs and F-16s and yet I do not see a single person on this forum, demanding that it recieves ASRAAM because it cannot get easy kills. You must accept that the Su-39 will ALWAYS be a hard jet to fly in ARB, because it will never be as OP as you demand it to become. If it ever did, then it would simply raise in BR and just be a square one, this time, with no further buffs available to it.
You site the Su-39 in combat against top tier jets. but now for a moment imagine the Su-39 Vs the Jaguar Gr1A. I am currently slowly leveling through the ground tree at about BR10. CAS options are limited for jets and my only real option at the moment is the Jaguar Gr1A and will be for a while as to avoid uptiering myself. Once I reach 10.7/11ish, I will still be limited to the Jagaur Gr1A, at least for jets, but it is well within reason, that I will see and have to face off against Su-39s.
Now Imagine being in the Jaguar GR1A which is a hard jet as it is, having to try and evade SPAA, for an R-27, or R-73, Or R-77 to appear out of no where, fired by an Su-39. I’d have no real defence, no way to counter, and there is little I could do in a fight vs an Su-39. Even in its current state, that would be a tough fight to match. and after he’d easily defeated me, he could then turn and likely pick up a dozen ground kills with Vikhrs with relative ease.
I also frequent ASB, and the same would be true there. In something like the Tornado Gr1, a long range R-73 or R-77 would take me down with ease, and there would be little I could about it, and whilst I’d have some warning against an R-27. It again would be hard to defeat, especially with a full tank of fuel and a belly laden with bombs. As a premium, they are already very common, as a premium in SB is a powerful economy tool. It is a tough time to evade Mig-29s and the like in EC9, but as the Su-39 sits more often than not in EC8, it would make that BR exceptionally hard as well.
You must look beyond ARB, for the game is larger than that, and see what these missile could do in other gamemodes, especially on a premium jet. If it was in the tech-tree, it would be a different matter, but as it currently stands, the potential harm it could cause to the game could be devastating.

with he do you mean smin? , gajin does not need your help with that, hell the whole matter already got discussed to death during dev server time and they still decided against it because it isnt necesary as a primary role of a striker and would destroy game balance

A10 is good at the air-air and great at the CAS. Why Su-39 cant be somthing like A10Early?

Get rid of ALL of its precision ground attack weapons like the Vikhrs and replace them with the same loadout of the Su-25 (as I do not believe the russians have any precision guided weapons similar to that of the AGMs on the A-10, though I could be wrong) and you’d get your wish, it would drop down to 10.3ish. Though with IRCM, it could not drop quite as low.
u cant see the difference between aim 9l and bvr missles like the r27??? , the su 39 can get 4 r60m for all i care but the r27 is just to strong

besides that a10 early only gets 2 aim 9ls as well, a big part of the problem is that the su 39 is a premium and accesible to every wallet warrior

yes??? i thought that was already discussed to death 11,3 comes from its G2A capability as well as IRCCM, the ARB aspect just doesnt matter
Well, the thermal imager is in the files, but for whatever reason the aircraft does not have it in game.

Im sure when its added ,the Tornado Gr4 or Harrier Gr9 armed with Brimstone will sit above or equal to whatever the top tier jets of their time due solely on those AGMs.

if people just buy straight up best vehicles for a job yes, my friend that is called p2w and already seen in the KA 50 and it is an idiotic menace. Did you see any premium with r27 ? No because they are even stronger and they are stronger then sparrows by a good bit as well if you wanna give that as an excuse and that is not me mentioning that sparrows are found on interceptors not on strikers

of course and that is all good sure will be a pain to grind out since the missles they would carry propably still would be to strong ARB, but such is life
