guys its a su30sm2 post, su35 is a little out of topic
Isn’t it weaker than Mica? Explain your reasons, why do you think that? Because I, as a player with over 5,000 battles across all flankers and with SU30 being my most played flanker, don’t see it that way. Typical American main.
If you can access the dev server, you’ll find that the SM2 is much stronger than you think. You can roughly compare it to an F-15E that can launch 12 R-77-1 missiles, uses the advanced PESA radar, and has maneuverability similar to the Su-27.

do you have any combat/training footage of anything , what was it lacking ? i can easily see the chinese su35 losing to j10c/ or any chinese flanker with pl15 litrally every single time. so you dont even know the engagement rules , obviously the 100-110km (max) r77-1 will lose to pl15. but nah lets just say they said “no35 ibris is garbae” which is completely false n u are just making up shit.

i like if they dont nerf the jet, it would be great excuse to decompress the upper BRS, move the newer AESA/PESA jets to 15.0, move 14.3s to 14.7, move 14.0 to 14.3 and so on

Actually, I’ve flown both the Typhoon and the Gripen, so what do I mean? Now there’s finally something that can counter the Rafale, which is a good thing, especially since the French are still on a unilateral standoff. If you can allow the Rafale to exist, why can’t you allow the Su-30SM2?

And you’re crying over what it should be? What advantage is it gaining besides new engines and radar? - Will the R77 become as strong as the Mica?
It’s not out of topic, because the Su-30SM2 in the game uses the exact same radar and engines as the Su-35. The biggest difference is that the Su-30SM2 is a bit heavier. According to the current game logic, the Su-30SM2 is basically the same as the Su-35, even though this isn’t the case in reality.

with radar and engine combination I think 27er is more scarier than the 77-1 idk why people cry about 77-1 so much.

R-77-1 has vastly more agility than R-27ER.
Attention dev team and fellow pilots! The Su-30SM2 in the test server is way too overpowered—if it goes live in the next patch, it’ll destroy the game’s competitive balance entirely. Let’s be real: the Typhoon and Rafale won’t even be able to threaten it. This is a make-or-break for fair matches, so a nerf for the Su-30SM2 is non-negotiable before it’s released.

Dude, I just woke up and came to the forum for this very reason, to see their whining and complaining. I came here openly to defend the Su-30 because none of them have even 1% of the experience I have with this aircraft.

Isn’t the biggest problem with the Su-30SM in the game right now its not-strong-enough radar and engine? The Su-30SM2 basically fixes all the shortcomings of the SM, so wouldn’t that make it stronger? I believe there are already many test videos of the Su-30SM2 on YouTube. If you think this plane isn’t as strong as the Rafale, either check out the latest dev server reviews, download the test server and try it yourself, or it could be that your understanding of the game is still far from enough.

Nothing will be stronger than the Rafale as long as it has the Mica buff, deal with it, you don’t even know what you’re talking about to be honest.
