The engines are already correct, so they cannot be changed.
Yeah, Su-30SM will take the crown away from F-15E for worst airframe at 14.0 by a notable margin, but it still goes fast.
Mirage 20005F is the slowest accelerating 13.7 in the game, it’s still competitive, and Su-30SM is still significantly faster than the Mirage 2000.

After some testing, with min fuel on both jets with 0 missiles, the Su-30SM wins 8:0
F-4E levels the playing field only when the Su-30SM brings a full 14 missile kit, both min fuel.
In an “equal” matchup, there is no possible way the F-4E wins unless there is a huge pilot error by the Su-30SM.

Both clean, F-4E stood absolutely zero chance. Both of us used flaps. Even with the Su-30 taking 14 missiles, the F-4E is barely able to keep up.
