Su-17/22 missing rocket pods?

I just found a picture of a Su-22M(S-52K) mounting 2 UB-32-57 pods under fuselage hardpoints. Is this a distinctive feature for this variant or it can be apply for all other Su-17/22?

this does seem to be a possible loadout option for the fitter series…
despite this specific model seeming to be an export one
