Stuttering after changing monitors

Hello, today I changed from a 2K monitor to a 4K monitor. War Thunder is giving me issues with bad stuttering. I have a 3090 and an i9-10900k. On the 2K monitor I was running 4x SSAA, but I turned it off on the 4k monitor. I don’t use DLSS. After changing to the new display, I had really bad stuttering. Turning off G-SYNC in the NVIDIA app fixed the issue, and I played about an hour with no issues. Extremely smooth, ~150ish FPS. I got off the game, switched to Cyberpunk 2077, and played that for a few hours, no problems. When I relaunched War Thunder, it was stuttering again. G-SYNC is still off.

Things I’ve tried: Turned on DLSS, turned off HDR, updated my driver with a clean install, renamed the WT config file. None of that helped. Turned the game back to 2k, and the stuttering goes away. While messing with the DLSS settings, I was getting weird delays in UI elements loading, and the game was acting weird, like becoming super zoomed in. Tried a totally fresh install, still stuttering, but now it stutters on 2k as well.
