Been stuck on the loading screen right after logging in. Sometimes I do get to the hangar but then I’ll get stuck on “Loading Game Modes”.
I usually run the game via Steam but running it through the launcher also doesn’t work.
Are you on MAC?
Are you in South East Asian especially Indonesia? Yeah they get this problem for a week already and not fix the problems yet.
Yes, Jakarta to be specific. Been having connection issues for about two weeks.

been fine for a couple of days then the problem came back after the latest minor update

In Singapore here. Had this for weeks and weeks now.
I can’t log in at all some evenings. 15+ minutes waiting to connect and I just give up.
Like tonight.
Connecting to server… I rebooted… I’ve waited… I’ve restarted it several times.
Guess I don’t get to play tonight.
I’m PAYING for premium time here…!!!

I’ve found a work around.
Connect to a VPN when logging in then close it when you’re in the hangar.
It’s annoying but it works.

Hello, im in the USA and I have this same problem after this new update I tried the VPN and it didnt work, i have no idea what to do :(
I was getting the issue too. Connecting via VPN, and then disconnecting after logging in, fixed it for me. Or at least until I need to login again.
I suspect that perhaps it may be an issue with my ISP? I read a post elsewhere suggesting to delete your cache. I would give that a try. After that I would try re-installing the game from scratch after first backing up the folder that contains your user settings and control definitions.
