Was the wait really why they cancelled it? I thought it was the fact it was just massive for a light tank. Interesting
one of the reasons yeah, its to damn heavy overall.
it doesnt fullfill the air transportation goals either,
2 were planned in a plane, but only 1 was possible.
The planning went so mismatched, the M10 and the AJAX are the development horror stories of the recent times.
M10 might have missed its use, but at least it doesnt put its users into the hospital (at least not that i am aware of)
Oh and the UKs newest solution to the AJAX problem is to train staff to be able to handle it.
