Oh yeah read a bit further down I got confused by the old diagram thinking it was the 123A and B not the 122 next to the A
I see that the generation or the exact manufacturer with the precise model is not yet disclosed so we dont know what type of generation it will be but by reading the material administration they do say most systems will be up to date with the upcoming 123B (2A8). There is no problem to fit in the latest thermal generational optics in the 123A.
Would be nice to see more details reveiled about it tho.
It likely has the latest generation of thermals and night vision optics.
The Suggestion for the vehicle has now been passed to the developers :)

Gaijin boutta copy paste the 122 and add extra armor all over just because of that
They’d be pulling a lot of bs considering the ufp is basically identical to all of the 2a7s irl
They are going to have to admit they have the armour wrong
Imagine if they made the 123A have the same or better armor as the 122 since they are just upgraded but have the 123B be the same as the 2A7 since it’s newly built

That upgraded armour comes from d tech hulls and improved frontal addon’s. They are things gajin don’t believe in lol
I mean, it’s not like they haven’t pulled even wilder inaccuracies out of their ass, especially for Sweden. (thanks bug report managers…(and others, but them specifically))

Yea but making a 2a7 chassis what’s worse then 122s in game better when everything really shows it’s a regular 2a7+ hull (this is a guess from the visuals as all 3 others look identical hull wise.) the only way I see the 123A not being worse then 122 armour is if they buff the 2a7 family heavily
First off, I realised that you either completely misinterpreted what Arctic-Fox said (in which case I suggest you read it again), or you just didn’t quote all that you meant to, and if that is the case, then it ties in with my next point:
What could possibly make you think that the Swedish military, while getting their tanks upgraded, would downgrade the hull armour?? And saying it’s a 2A7 or 2A7+ hull is absurd, since the hulls were definitely not swapped out; the 123A is just the 122D with the L/55 and some other small additions/tweaks to bring it up to the new standards. It is absolutely the same 122D hull, if not even better armoured.

The 2A7s shouldn’t even have worse hull armor than the 122s, but yet here in game it has.
So he is saying that if the Strv 123A was brought up to 2A7 standard it would also have to get worse armor in game. Probably also partially joking about how badly Gaijin implememted the 2A7s.
It’s not a 2a7 hull correct it’s a remanufactured 2a5 hull.
You misunderstood what I said. I was mentioning how it will be identical to the 2a7s in game so worse then 122.
If anything happened it would of had not composites. So irrelevant to the game. Since gajin doesn’t believe in internal D tech

They haven’t. They’ve increased it a lot. The 2a7s (what the 123A is equivalent too) are insanely armoured your comparing gajin (who still use C tech on a 2010s tank when d tech exists) standards and delusions to irl. The 123 irl is better armoured then the 122s in game it’s going to be worse without a leopard armour rework what is never coming.
