fairly certain MFG and WTD61 have always had a lower BR to the original 3, which probably only reinforced their assumption that they perform way worse than the original 3
Well yeah they had the lower BR at 11.3 since the MFG was added.
I fully think it was 11.3 because it lacked GBUs and it was before split BRs
