Were there any intentional changes to the Strf 9040 BILL? It reloads ammo into the magazine even while shooting, and you can’t shoot rockets down too far from cover anymore, as if the launcher had no depression or the rockets were too slow and too weak to respond to the controls.
In the Bradley I had a similar feeling with the TOW 2B, as if the missiles flew much worse and responded much worse to the controls.
