Which do you think is the better 10.3 Spaa?

If JustinPlays is anything to go off of, then the Strela is good even at top tier
should be Osa
because strela shouldnt be 10.3
Both have their place.
My biggest issue with OSA is that while it has range to reach likes of A-6, A-10s, helis and other long-range CAS aircraft, its defenseless against low and close flying hreats.
But im gonna have a spicy take and say i prefer to supplement my OSA in lineup not with Strela but Gepard 1A2 to have all ranges covered.

I don’t own either the Strela or OSA but from my experiences with them on my team / against me I think the Strela is a bit better.
That being said, I personally believe that soley gun SPAA / soley missile SPAA should be complimented by the other: The FlaRakRad does meh at mid-long ranges (can’t hit anything short range due to the 2s of not maneuvering for the missile) but it could very easily be complimented by having a friendly Gepard nearby, and vice versa
Tbh if you can spare the crew slot take both.
Strela hands down, if the missile is fired it kills 99% of the time and doesn’t rely on aiming it manually. The range might be shorter and it might be worse against heli’s but the lethality makes up for it.
Especially because it can be fired past terrain if you can get a lock before the target leave your vision and the target doesn’t escape the seeker.

I run Strela alongside pantsir, especially the way top tier cas plays low and fast, the strela rarely misses.
