Strange stuttering problem

So basically, it has been happening for months. I get a stuttering problem every time I start up the game and the duration of this has been constantly increasing. It halves my FPS and gives constant microstuttering that make it hard to play. But after like 10-15 minutes later (though nowadays it seems to be even more), the game becomes smooth to play and the same problem doesn’t come up again. I can also fix it by restarting the game through the “Restart” button inside the “Settings” for some reason, having no problem after restarting the game like that.

I have reinstalled the game, changed in-game settings, deleted cache folders, added the game to the NVIDIA Control Panel, but I haven’t found a proper solution so far. I need help.

Lock your FPS to something more stable, 220 fps isnt going to see a noticeable difference than 120. Update your drivers to the most recent. What Video card do you have? If its an older card you may have to turn down the settings.

Lock FPS for WT in Nvidia Control Panel to 100 FPS like in this video. https://youtu.be/dGhoG9Adxmo

Use Msi and Riva to monitor FPS and the oscillation/spikes while gaming.

Decrease more than 100 FPS go under 100 FPS in 5 FPS steps till your game got stability.

If that doesn’t work delete config.blk in WT directory and redo you graphic settings for the game.

Reinstall the driver or newer.

try switching the game to window mode. i just tried everything with my freezing that lasted for 10-20 secs. and yeah just changing it to window mode and now it fixed that about make a post about it
