Strange Armenian tank from the unit "Eagle-13"

I stumbled upon this wild piece of engineering from Armenia in the 90s (pictures below). I am not sure what it is really, from what I could find it is built on the chassis of the ATS-59 or the AT-T, either way there is not much info on it online and the only thing I could find is that the unit “Eagle-13” was lead by Rubik Yeghoyan who manufactured vehicles of his own designs for the war effort

i am not even sure what gun it is , i saw some say it was a flamethrower , others that it was a “mortar”, for sure need more info
