What do I see as A.I planes that cause incredible ticket bleed and gotta be destroyed ASAP if you don’t want the game to end mid dogfight? Il-2s, Il-8s on the american side, helldivers on the russian side…
Gunna have to tweak my suggestion a little. If you have most of the tree to grind. Then I would recommend Belfast still. Its fun, well placed and an insane SL printer.
But forgot its a Rank 4 and so has major RP effeciency losses for grinding Rank 6 ships. If your interest is a premium for boosting rank 6 grind alone, then it will probably need to be Iron Duke.
But I think what I might do is Talisman Hood instead of buying Iron duke to grind Rodney

Typically, dev server opens after dev stream and dev stream is typically the day after the teaser. But normally the teaser is on a thursday and dev stream on a friday, so we’ll have to wait and see. Most likely tomorrow

From what others and I can see, it looks like a HQ-17, the tracked variant. iirc it should have better radar, better missiles and better sights (thermals) compared to the normal TOR M1
