Ah ok , in the youtube video showing the dev server I believed they mentioned that the Rafale will be able to track multiple targets at once , either hard lock or TWS. If this is not the case then there’s little to no difference.

It can track multiple targets at once just like any other TWS radar can. The only things it should do better are scan speed and gimbal limits.
I guess is how they worded it then. Min 40:12 Dev stream " easier to lock onto various targets with it"

The stock grind with the Rafale is gonna be interesting.
If nothing changes from right now it’s gonna be 2 MICA-EMs for 110K RP to unlock the MICA module to get more AAMs

Are you refering to the scan patterns? becuase irrc fixed aesa have a 60º or 70º gimbal like currently on the rafale, they can get better if they have a movable mount like on the captor E
I have an open report about that but it’s not been looked at apparently even though it’s been open since the devserver opened.
