Well it isn’t a frigate, Italian Navy identity it as torpedo boat XD
On the dev-server it has a gunboat class though, but assuming it has a displacement similar to low tier destroyers you are probably right, which is sad, since it only has 2 not very good 100/47 cannons. With destroyers spawn it will be doa, I wish Gaijin add an in-between spawn point for such big boats. At least it’s faster than Albatros class.

If it is the leaked Iran-Iraq it may represent complex SAM systems such ad hawk(IRGC) and kub(Iraq) which required radar or are stationary etc.
