Oops, wrong time period, I corrected it. I should have stated mid 1990s, as I assume it was around or later than 1995-1996 based on when the Aim-120B was received. I have been searching these past two days and couldn’t come up with an exact date, but I’m almost certain they were integrated with the Aim-120B at some point in time after the Israelis received the Aim-120B and were in the process of integrating it into their F-15s through the Baz Meshupar program.
Gaijin also seem to have come to this conclusion based on a technical moderator stating this in the past (final comment on this post):

It’s worth noting of course, that Israeli F-16C/D Barack I/IIs have never been photographed or documented using the AMRAAM. And although they couldn’t initially use the Aim-120B+, they were more then likely Melanie’s to do so. Hell they’re still flying around today, you think the IAF wouldn’t have given them Aim-220 compatibility at some point? For the time being only the F-16I Block 52 has been seen and documented with carrying and using the AMRAAM, so it’s complex issue from what I see. Regardless, gaijin believes this aircraft could use the Aim-120 otherwise the F-16C-40 Barack II wouldn’t have the Aim-120A ingame (should be Aim-120B lmfao), and I’ve reached a similar conclusion.
@Smin1080p_WT can we get any word as to whether the CV90 MKIV will be changed for live? Rn it has no spall liners, worse armor than its 9.3 9030 counterpart, no mobility and the worst 30mm gun all at 10.7 and it doesn’t have AA tracking like all other IFV’s at this BR. So far you’ve stayed silent but it would be nice to hear literally anything

Only Sufa got integrated. Baraks were always meant for strike missions where BVR missiles werent needed.

I encourage you to take this up with gaijin lol. I’m aware of the F-16C/D’s intended roles, as well as that of the Sufa’s. However based on everything I’ve gathered, it seems they were integrated at some point. If you have any evidence that supports the contrary, other than a lack of overall evidence, please feel free to take this up with the technical moderators using the bug reporting site.

I think it and some other stuff are delayed for next update. Like how some of the stuff leaked for the dance of dragons update came in Firebirds instead.
Gaijin promised a French counterpart to the DF105 over three years ago, so don’t count on it.

I meant like the time you have to engage it is shorter, and because it lofts at the end, by the time you try to find it, it’s changed it’s flight path slightly. Mavericks, GBU’s, and Hellfires all just come direct and slow, essentially. Pretty easy to engage.

Well they do around 3 per year, so yeah. I guess there will be like 2 or 3 more or less copy and paste top tier vehicles in the Jan and Feb updates.
