Why hasn’t HQ17 folded with Tor M1 or become a modified part of Tor M1 like the relationship between 2S6 and 2S6M1? Only the changes in radar and thermal imaging (missiles with minimal changes) cannot satisfy my payment of 41W for research and development

Frankly, if they aren’t going to open up clear lines, don’t help them.
Why haven’t F-16C, AV-8B, and F-15E gotten LJDAM and SNIPER/upgraded litening pods? If rafale is getting an AESA, then F-15C should get AN/APG-63v3

It not AESA, it PESA.
Canberra is quite agile, and should be able to open clear lines. Tu 4 has its own defensive kit that’s very good.

Are you going to leave the new fighters at 13.7? Don’t you want to raise the F15E, Typhoon and Rafale to 14.0? 12.7 aircraft will obviously live more calmly
