Italy cancelled its order.
A reskin is presumably easier than commissioning a new vehicle model, and the fact that Tracked Rapier will not be able to be C+P to any other tree makes it an unattractive investment. The continuing trend towards only adding C+P TT vehicles and profitable high-BR Premiums does cause concern.

it does feel weird for france to get the AH-64D as a premium, before every premium that was an apache was only an A and every premium with hellfires were only AGM114As but this one gets Ks it feels really weird lol

It’s two separate vehicles anyway, as one was a prototype based on the same chassis, yet also lacked APS.

Perhaps you didn’t read it entirely. The Tracked Raiper is coming. Just not in this update.
It has nothing to do with “reskins”. With or without the Strella, the Rapier would not be in this update. It’s only being included for the British because it can be and can also be foldered with the Osa.
