Storm Warning - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

yeah, I don’t see what the issue is

I feel like the pilots should get kills when other players loose control of their plane and smash into the ground due to vomiting in horror of the thing.

i mean like almost unflareable, unless they artificially nerf it

As I said earlier today please be patient and stay tuned. Tagging every day to ask for blogs isn’t suddenly mean they are going to come any faster.

I can’t remember the last time I was unable to flare a Stinger

It isn’t about how soon they come, it’s easier to wait when you know how long you’re waiting for.

I mean their capabilities are the same, no? Canards are the only difference

This week or no

But smim, what about the dovblegs?

are we seagulls?

the canards make it more agile, it would be a tiny less agile than the canard

I thought stinger was FOV + Seeker shut off IRCCM, that would be a first in air battles

Take out a Harrier, no joke you can’t flare them in a Harrier, doesn’t mean you can’t kinematically defeat them though

(a happy eurofighter)

From the same suggestion:
“Disclaimer: This Kfir variant is often wrongly named Kfir C.1. This is not the correct name for the variant which results from a common misunderstanding of how the Kfir variants’ naming system works. The C which is added starting from the C.2 variant stands for canard, The C.2 name therefore stands for it being a canard model and being the second model of the kfir following from the initial production batch, it is not an implication of a model called the C.1 existing. The Kfir Gderot, as explained in this thread, was an upgrade for the early production Kfirs that was developed parallel to the C.2 variant and didn’t even precede it directly.”

Although technically it’s not called a C.1, a previous variant of the “Kfir Canard” does exist with minor differences. I believe this is what they were looking forward too. They likely meant or intended to reference the early production Kfir, sometimes said to be a C.1 despite their lack of canards, suggested here on this forums already (they already clarified this it seems, so my assumption was indeed correct).
At least the naming and visual dedication isn’t as hard as with the Magachs lmao…

I mean, maybe for AAMs that could work a bit better, but the SAM Stingers feel more like they have some sort of inverted IRCCM that makes them actively look for any heatsignature that isn’t the original target

I mean obviously but flight perf aside they should carry the same weapons and avionics iirc

it would be great to be added but it would be like the mq-1 and other drones

Bro that ain’t Eurofighter that’s Europeanpacifist 😭
