A lot of Pakistani stuff is indeed from China.
Half of Europe, hey?
Same logic as half of Asia lol 😂
Pretty much.
call it the greater east asian co-prosperity sphere for old times sake
And it would give Germany an F-16 which is probably won’t be neding now anyway
Probably?
Ahem F-35 yes but finland also so meh. Now F 35? Thats the good stuff
Realistically id be more excited for 7.x-9.x jets from DK and NOR as it would actually give sweden something good at that black hole of a area
ahm
I WAS CHOSEN BY HEAV-
(Greater sweden when fr)
GUSTAVAS! ADOLPHUS!
Sentence
EF-2000 & F-2000A Typhoon limited infrared Air-to-Air Missile AIM-9L/I-1, maybe.
IRIS-T coming some time in 2025, but start IRIS-T (analog)
I might need another 3rd gen & 4th gen infrared Air-to-Air Missile for fighter aircraft this major update before early 5th gen infrared Air-to-Air Missile
What’s most notable to me is the DK and NOR can give Sweden, Canadian built vehicle(s), which made it so that only Japan couldn’t get at least one(thru themself or their sub-tree(s), well at least until someone ticked me off that Thailand uses the Stryker(They are built in Canada).
Look i need the Canadian air vehicles wherever they are added and they are unique. Besides it would much help sweden considering how much of a black hole they have where if you really arent a sweat you either quite the tree or buy a prem to skip it.
Also considering how unique sweden is, literally same fighter but better than the strike fighter which is the same. Copy and past.
…?
I’m not sure the Canadair Starfighter would be super unique, as it’s a licensed-built starfighter. and unlike the CL-13s I don’t think it’s got a better engine or anything, as far as I know, it’s a F-104G but built by Canada.
And I don’t know of anything else Canadian used by the Nordic nations.
Id have to check the list. Theres a list i used to have but idk where i put it but it lists everything they could bring.
I’d argue the Yak-141 was WAY more dubious.
Unlike the Yak-141, the Su-33 existed as a production aircraft under the Soviet Union, initially as the Su-27K. It had a radar and armament suite that essentially remained unchanged to the Su-33 that it later became designated as, and remained in service into the Russian Federation.
Unlike the Yak-141, there are something like 50 different test-bed Flankers that an immense amount of technology and concepts were tested on. This includes multiple test beds that developed capacities for the Su-33 including testbeds for just the canards, testbeds that tested the new geometry of the wings for carrier operations, testbeds that tested the landing gear changes, testbeds that tested the new wing folding design, testbeds like the demonstrator “Black 305”, an “Su-33SKM” which would not be representative of the Su-33 we are set to receive, primarily because it had a radar we can’t identify (N011M or N035 most likely), and a removal of the canards.
Unlike the Yak-141, the Flanker family is quite diverse, and upgrades to both the N001 (VEP), as well as new radars housable in the same radomes (N011, N011M, and N035) are possible. We have experienced this upgrade already in the Su-27SM (receiving the N001VEP).
The real stretch here is giving the Su-33 a modest radar upgrade that it was certainly capable of receiving but did not.
While I’m on the subject, the Su-27SM in the second round of upgrades should have the F-M1’s but I seriously doubt Gaijin will even give it this modest thrust upgrade (but the precious F-15E must get the 292’s right now!) (also don’t forget the MiG-29SMT and it’s RD-33 gen 3’s).
I wish giving the Su-33 even the mere N001VEP or N011 (Su-27M radar, later changed for the N035 and designated Su-35) would be a Death Star laser moment but it won’t be. It would need at least 8 AIM-120B’s and a pair of Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-229’s to do that. Just the modest N001VEP upgrade would be, at best, an Su-27SM with AL-31F3’s (a version of the AL-31 we haven’t seen in game yet). It would be easy to upgrade the Su-33 to the AL-31F-M1’s as seen on the Su-34, as have been proposed as well, but somehow that’s on the same level of disdain as the Yak-141. But heck, shoot my shot right? Maybe if I mention on the napkin drawing that it’s a US plane, they’ll add it.
Can anyone let us know when the next version of Dev Live will take place, and it will still be Friday night
The stream will probably be today, with the server tomorrow.
It’s not the same as it used to be
