For Britain. Typhoon F2 likely after the Tornado F3 Late as its an interceptor and thats the interceptor line.
Typhoon FGR4 likely after the Gripen C as its multirole and thats the multirole line
Germany, Probably after the ICE
Italy Probably after the F-16A ADF but could be the Tornado ADV

Statistically, but depends on how much do they want to go home/on holiday on time ^-^ Normally they finish on around 15-16th for Christmas.
Probably, but also given the narrow window between now and the likely launch week after next. I wouldnt entirely discount the possiblity of a teaser a little earlier in the week than normal
