The packs all appeared at a similar time and disappeared again at a similar time. There is no reason to believe that they changed their mind about the PzH 2000 pack.
If you wanna trust the leakers more than the evidence of these links having been active, sure, but so far there is more evidence for the PzH 2000 being a premium than for it not being one.

In my opinion the only ones that were until recently allowed to complain about russian planes were germans who got the planes a whole patch later all the times.
That being said its quite a while back now.
But still sth i am hung up about

Was quite a bit outrage from germans italians hungarians and netherlands already.
More likely they decided to make it tech tree for all nations
It seems like the next update is close with gaijin wrapping up the shooting range with the sabra. Usually would be smth like GR.4 since the top tier additions were yet to be fully covered, or the osa sam system.

Before firebirds I would somewhat agree, but F-15E/I really did a number on the balance at top tier.
However top tier ground has shown me that Gaijin has no interest in actually balancing top tier, so I doubt top tier air will be any different.
Again, all 3 of the premium pack links got deactivated at the same time. The links disappearing doesn’t mean they changed their minds.
There is nothing stopping them from making at least one PzH 2000 a premium and if only one is to be added, that one might very well be the German one.

Latest leak did say the pzh2000 is not a prem, this may mean that gaijin is trolling, the leak is incorrect, or the pzh2000 might be an Italian prem yet still German TT.

I’m fine with the RDF-LT being premium since we have the HSTV-L in the TT, but PzH 2000 and BMD-4M should not be premium whatsoever.
The PzH 2000 is one of the most anticipated unique vehicles for the German TT, and it would bring variety to the 8.0 lineup since Germanys next best howitzer is the M109G.
When the BMD-4 was added, Gaijin promised that they would still add other vehicles of the BMD designation to the game, though we have still not received any and the BMD-4M is pretty much the only one that is very unique. Furthermore, Russia has been starved of TT additions and hasn’t received a TT tank since one year ago. The BMD-4M would make a very nice tank to help with Russia’s lack of high tier TT IFVs, and would give Russia players something new to play that isn’t premium/SPAA.

I’m not supporting these vehicles being premiums either, but so far the only evidence were those three premium pack links.
Maybe there will be TT versions as well, maybe there won’t, all we know right now is that there were inaccessible packs in the store with links referring to those three vehicles and until there is an official announcement, that is the most official evidence we have.
Hopefully they will do something like they did with the JA37Di, but knowing Gaijin I doubt that will become precedent.
