So theoretically, it could be the second 2025 major update for Japan that adds the Thai VT-4, T-84, and others?

Well then stop complaining about them adding top tier, it isn’t for you, it is popular, it accounts for 90% of War Thunder’s financial viability.
Last update was pretty bad, but they still add low tier vehicles every update, Dance of Dragons added 22 rank IV and below vehicles for example

Israel shouldn’t have gotten the “Israel treatment”, the nation is more than capable of having ranks I-III with not a lot of C&P around. Not every nation immediately got offered vehicles from the US and USSR, Israel needed to make do with WW2 vehicles from literal junkyards; arming APCs and halftracks with all sorts of random weaponry from 20mm autocannons to WW1 field guns.

I would say most of the crying(some of it justified and not for nothing) was for 9.0 and above ground additions that were not just more challengers + bug fix’s for the challengers. In this area I would say Germany has more variety/better lineups to this day.
