Look wasn’t the Thai air tree on someones leak list?
Wouldn’t be suprised if the F-84, Alpha Jets, AV-8S(Late) and A-7E get weaved into the R2Y2 line while the F-5s, F-16A and Gripen either get weaved into the F-16AJ line.
It fills the CAS gap in the Japanese tech tree and it’s easy and doesn’t take away from development time for other vehicles being added

The South African subtree needs it more.
I want options that are indigenous and built within the country, not just another F-16. It’s frustrating to grind through 400,000 RP for the same plane that I’ve already unlocked with five other nations. I want something unique and specific to the country.
If it would then that be funny since I can get a Gripen even earlier lol

At the moment, we don’t have any current plans to remove the F-16AJ as it will be in a different line and at a different BR, with different weaponary to the Thai F-16.

unique F-5 and alpha jet with missiles (finally). but get used to it since, yet again, modern day is all about exporting existing jets. not the dev fault its “copy paste” airframes. japan has a single aircraft they can add from the modern era, including a few variants of it. The initial problem is gaijin added japan because it was a powerhouse of unique and popular aircraft in ww2. nowadays, its america export with their version of the F16 (F-2). not a lazy fix to expand their cas at these tiers by adding thai jets (again, with unique aircraft sprinkled in)

A F-16V is not needed, I’ll take a foldered MLU. The same thing with the kit it should have: AMRAAM, 9M, LANTIRN, GBU’s…
No India has been confirmed by devs to be a British subtree, there isn’t really a debate about it, that is the official word on the matter.
