Thats why AAM-3 has nerfed IRCCM capabilities, difference is that Python-4 pulls much harder and it can do 180 degree turn while having more range than anything in this game.
It will be another big step in missile capability but should come none the less, almost every aircraft in Israeli rank 8 can use it, and the lack of it is definitely showing now that the Python 3 has become powercrept out of being decent through IRCCM

The AAM-3 is also SEVERELY limited in game because of no Bank To Turn which it utilizes much like Python 4 AAM-3 is suspected to pull around 50G

It was easy to argue for Python-4 coming when we were limited to F16D, but now that we have F-15I… I don’t think other nation mains will look at us with much sympathy, asking for the best IR missile on the current best platform lol.

Many missiles are limited in this game due to lacking features, for example Magic2’s can pull 50G if its fired in dual plane mode but this feature has not been integrated yet.
Tbh i would also like to see Python-4 in this game and supported this addition multiple times, but one thing for sure that AAM-3 is worse than Python-4.

Tbh this updates started off on the back foot as is for me. But i hope other nations additiojnscome out well, and that the rafale if it is coming isnt gimped.

Debateable, like I said AAM-3 is also missing motor power its rougly the same speed as Python 4 if not .5 mach slower (I think its mach 4 right?) so the range really doesnt differ as much as you think, even irl Python 4 and AAM-3 are considered contemporaries because of how similar they are

I have a feeling due to its reliance on sensors and electronic warfare, a lot of things the game isn’t super keen on modelling, it’ll be pretty gimped
I just hope this update finally adds some Israeli A2G munitions.
Fed up of using copy paste American stuff at best - or nothing at worst.

Similiar but not the same, Python-4 more likely has more G capabilities while having similiar range, that alone makes it better than AAM-3 in the end.
Doubt it, especially now they have acknowledged that CAS is OP

Tbf to him Gripen and Eurofighter really wont be as different as y’all think it will. (If im that wrong come back at this and laugh at me all you want :p)
Eurofighter is gonna have the highest thrust to weight ratio in the game I believe, it’s flight performance is gonna be something next level

Typhoon is the pinnacle of non TVC dogfighting ability, to the extent of giving the best TVC aircraft more than a run for their money
Considering a Block 10 F-16A will handily be neck and neck with a Gripen C currently in 1 and 2 circle, I think EFT will easily out do the Gripen C.
F-15E will likely match its climb rate and top speed.
Yeah for me the leak definitely left a sour taste in my mouth (not the fault of the leakers of course, they just tell us some of the upcoming stuff).
There are like 4 hyped aircraft on the list, the ground additions just kill off hype and I can’t even remember which naval additions were on the list lol.
