You’re playing against people with no hands then. Su27 is notoriously bad. Its okay in a 1v1 in full real, IF you abuse the diferential thrust but thats about it.
It’s not that it’s bad per se, rather that it’s already quite a bit worse than what we have now, and that things like the Typhoon and Rafale will absolutely curb stomp it.

There are reports about an EA-18G hitting a stationary Mi-24/25/35 with an AGM-88E recently. However, as you say, the earlier ARMs may be a little more limited.
Edit: When looking up that article again, i see that it was a GPS guided strike, not anti radiation.
