As the topic says, Rising Sun Flag and other Japanese evil Fascist, emperial Militaristic symbols ought to be removed , espeically not as Japanese symbol for tech tree, just use national flag.
This is the common appeal from east Asian, Chinese , korean, south east asian like Malaysian or Singapore people , who suffered from evil and brutal Fascist WWII Japan, also including Australian, US and British people. Evil Fascist should be condemned and banned , like German WWII nazis. Otherwise, it would hurt their feelings , causing fights or even legal problems.

However I digress, It is a peace of history which WT elaborates itself as a game based on historical accuracy/historical stuff. So no dont remove it.
