
Fairly certain you need to bind an email and confirm it to complete 2fa.
you need to confirm the email address. then you should be able to link a mobile phone / 2fa.
I was never sent a confirmation email during the account setup so im experiencing the same issue as leagle
Hi, You should be able to add an email in
Profile > Settings > Account Protection
It should show a screen like the above post and look something like this in the email area.

I feel your pain, it would be GREATLY helpful if they’d actually update their info graphics on the process and stop giving the same generic response. I cant get my 2fa set up either, no matter how many obscure forums i visit, or forum posts i check. It’s almost like they hate money, even though I’ve already given them, hundreds at this point
