Every time I attempt to boot up war thunder this happens.
I have validated the integrity on steam multiple times as well as uninstalled and reinstalled. But all I get after is war thunder saying "LAUNCHING DOWLOADING CONTENT (INSERT %)
Deleting war thunder cache has not worked either for some god forsaken reason NOTHING I have tried is working. And the only topic I can find related is a reddit post from 3 years ago. What do i do?
Have you got any of the expansions in steam like the old pacific campaign, and the other one that went with it?

I have the same problem too. The dialogue box came up I selected no. Then the launcher popped up and I hit play and it launched the game successfully. Or you can use this method click on play on steam When the menu box pops up select launch manual game update.
Edit: OK, so when I launched through Steam, normally I did not get the error maybe the launcher needed updating for some reason I have no clue how I fixed it.

Im getting this as well. Eventually it either verifies in steam or loads the launcher. Its wierd. never seen it before

Just finished removing all game files via wise uninstaller force unistall will see if validating after will fix it

Mine has loaded up today no issues at all. Do you by any chance run the pre-release version on steam?

I did, then disabled it and have yet to get the issue again.
So perhaps try disabling that?
