When you start the game, two windows appear, as shown in the screenshot. The window on the right can be easily closed, but if you click anything in the left window, the game will close. However, if you minimize this window to the background and leave it alone, everything runs normally and stably, although the anti-cheat will not start properly. Reinstalling the game, reinstalling the system, and updating the GPU driver have no effect. Updating the driver only helps for about 10 days before the error reappears.

i have the same problem, tried contacting support but they have no clue
I’ve had the same mistake for a year now. I sent an error to the developer, but there is no response. I close these 2 windows and start the game again through the launcher. It’s inconvenient, but there’s no other option.
had that when playing on first laptop on 8 fps, basically it probably lagged or smthing on the loading and then its unfreezed and because of that it wrote it, just ignore it, thats how i played at that time before upgrading
