Yamato 2199 refit when? Or just give her her actual armour… or any armour… She is still missing 993 water tight compartments, hundreds of bilge pumps, 2 to 3 layers of armoured decks, shell rooms are at least one deck to high and her side armour is far too flat

Don’t expect much history from us westerners… I have actually heard an American say that “Polish are such great fighters that they liberated themselves, I mean you never heard of Sherman’s having to roll into Warsaw to save them did you?!” that’s an actual quote… say what you want about the politics of the situation… but look at the damn map…

USSR actively participated in WW2 since 1939 (Invasion on Poland).
