Yep Ho ris are left.
For ships the rule is different, because building a ship takes a ton of effort and time compared to a plane or tank prototype. And its generally quite cool to see partially built ships come to life this way IF gaijin properly balances the stuff.

Iirc the Devs rejected Montana as no specific ship part was made, nor was it layed down.

I’m sure it will be a fun ship. I wonder if she had been finished how long Stalingrad would have been in service for. Would had been funny if she was operating into the 21st century with VLS upgrade and stuff.
I think the rules allow for final blueprints for warships as with naval architecture there is no room for prototypes you get one chance but sister ships can have improvements.
I mean at least this one is vagiely grounded in reality (too bad it’ll get some mega stats and favourable BR)

The definitely rejected it because nothing was made specifically for it and it was never laid down - it’s pretty simple… and yet so many people still don’t get it.

I really cant imagine that “more powerful than the yamato” would be the reason or the sole reason for that, considering yamatos power, especially compared to the ship-that-shall-not-be-named. Powerful while being powerless
