The only reason it’s not 13.7 right now if because gaijin said they won’t add top BR premiums, events or squadrons. It could be 13.7 and do just fine.

Fortunately for my case, (wanting it at the current br) this configuration is not proven, hence you wont be seeing that.
6 missiles, two of which are always short range IR and low flare count plus no hmd means it will never be 13.7
No HMD and 1600km/h speed doesn’t really make it that competitive against 13.7s.

It has a pretty big ACM and a ton of maneuverability, it’s just a slightly worse HMD because you have to move your plane. Its CMs drop in some of the most efficient ways possible and its kit is the same as the J-10A minus 2 missiles. The thing is better than the Baz or J-11A, so it’s not 13.7 META but certainly not dead last at 13.7.
