You are assuming that people on the ground would be able to spot the aircraft visually, which isn’t always that easy.
IMO it shouldn’t be 100% invisible all the time, I’d prefer there to be a certain visual detection range that requires clear LOS, triggering detection if you stay inside this area too long. Could be RNG or a fixed time
