If you see rule-breaking behaviour in the chat, instead of arguing with these people, simply report them using the in-game complaint system. Game Masters will receive logs from the chat and will punish players who break the rules.
By arguing with them, in most cases all you are doing is giving them attention. And that’s about it.
Our rules are clear and anyone who breaks them will be punished. We can’t have 1 GM per match (we have thousands of matches going on), so we need to get reports when someone is misbehaving.
