I mean it’s botched right now, but at least there’s still like 3 more days of dev (and then however many days till update) for them to get that right, so there’s still some room for faith that it remains WiP.
Python isn’t a lost cause yet, but the language in that bug response definitely feels like Derby’s are a write off now.

Helicopters are invulnerable, planes above 8km can’t be shot down.

Maybe my English is not the best, but this doesn’t deny the Spyder from getting I-Derby ER. Rather is just that the evidence you brought was all based on the I-Derby SR and it did not work to change the model of the ER version

Also the LOAL works for the Python 5, at least in test drive I am able to fire the missile and it goes after the target even when the IR seeker is not locked (1 single green circle)
Gaijin spent several years deceiving players to say how strong Spyder is. Looking back now, it’s so funny.
In the past, the days without the top air Defence system were so useless to wait.
