actually the second pulse activates only when its near the target
Datamines say the 2nd pulse activates 25s before the hit and after a lock

Why your picture Aster 30 is so slow ?
Prob becuz Aster 30 have extremely high drag. 1.725 drag and wing area of 1.4.

theres a possible chance the ERA on eitan is a placeholder for SLERA
