Right now, Spyder missiles are easier to shoot off an airplane. Than Spyder, shoot down the missiles that the airplane fired at you, if it fired 4 x-38s at you, you die.

That study has its own limitations. When it gets closer the DIRCM will practically cover most of the screen and with flares it will practically have a white screen. Has to basically rely of IOG to sustain the flight.

Shouldn’t the Phyton 5 have a very smoke reduced motor. As you can see in this video from a test of the missile on the tejas.

Yes but gaijin doesnt want to give missiles smokeless motors, even on platforms that have quite literally no armor and rely on stealth to survive

Theres reports for the air launched versions, youre free to make a report for spyder if you want to tho

Thanks have found a lot of videos even from the spyder aio firing phyton 5 with no smoke trail so hope they do fix it. But my hope is not high with current state of everything
