No. You cannot get the same vehicle twice.
But when for example 200 people in the top 1000 have it already, what will happens than?
What do you mean by “what will happens”? Nothing, they will not get the 2nd Po-2.
You cannot have two regular Po-2 on one account. The fact, that some ppl got Po-2 and Po-2M is already dangerous to the universe.

That I understand, but why not give 1000 PO2 in total, and skip the players who have it already, instead of only top 1000. If for example in the Top1000, 950 players already have it only 50 will get it, and the rest get nothing…

Because only Top 1000 get the prize.
I think you are confusing two things.
It’s not “we will give away 1000 Po-2” no matter your place in the ranks.
We will award Top 1000 players with Po-2.
Either you’re in the top 1000 or you’re not. If you are not, well, you did not won the prize anyway.

yes, and when all in the top 1000 already have one, nobody get’s one

Sadly you are probably right about the WT playerbase. I personally didn’t enjoy it enough to want to do it again, but…
And usually the people who are getting into the top 1000 already have the PO-2 so it’s just bragging rights at that point

I have a real life, a beautiful wife, and no time for battle with pro gamers about the top 1000 who already own it and have no life besides gaming WT…
Can you change it back to how it used to be? Where if you simply won a race you got it guaranteed?

How is this supposed to work when wanting to grind the DCT Vehicle as well? Do I need to become my own shift Boss and manage 8h or 12h grinding shifts? How can I race to make it among the top 1000 and stay there until the Event ends while also grinding 35k mission score for the Mistel? A day only has 24h and I doubt using them all for grinding Events is healthy or feasabile for many.
It’s almost like they were personally designed for me. Though more and more wishing we had more slots on aircraft for stuff if I wanted to say try and cover the RAF roundels on a Spitfire with Irish Air Corps ones and then try to line up the ‘Boo’ decal over the ‘Green Ghosts’ one so that you just see the ghost with ‘Spookus Sneakinus’ under it (which is like 4 slots alone probably, 3 for roundels if lucky more likely 6 cause of some of the underwing placements).
