Actually, I am an American with no ties to Deutschland. Even despite that fact, a foreign army with nuclear weapons trespassing or squatting (for “protection”) in a country that isn’t theirs is an occupation. Same thing is happening in Okinawa. But rather than get too off topic, the point here was gaijin’s refusal to do anything for the 18th…
