Special crew voice over not working

The special crew voice doesn’t work for the abrams one, but works for the other senrai maiden’s one. Why?

I didn’t buy all the senrai maidens pack (nobody should), i only have the abrams but i turned on the voice thingy and it didn’t work for the abrams, it works for the ones i don’t have

How it “works for the ones” you don’t have?

I test drive the ones i don’t have, and the voice works

When i test drive my abrams, some guy goes like: IN TO YOUR VEHICLES, DRIVER READY, GUNNER READY, LOADER READY
