The difference is they made the argument US F-18s only did the testing for BOL integration for other countries and not to use them itself. And it’s not supposed to be the 14.3 Rafale equal.
US F-15s are the only BOL users.
The one they are adding is better anyways.

Gotta wait for a Hawk T.1 to see a Red Arrow skin as a regular camo
I know it wouldn’t be realistic, but it’s likely we’ll never see those hawk’s in-game due to them being trainers only and Gaijin taking years just to add the actual combat capable Hawk

They’ve added the Alpha Jet and the Strikemaster as well, we’ll see other Hawks eventually
