Spanish minelayer/cruiser event vehicle?

hey gaijin, could Italy get the Júpiter as a Spanish premium vehicle at rank III. I’ll make a suggestion if you guys really like the idea. But the Júpiter has over 200 naval mines somehow. But it would be a pretty balanced minelayer/cruiser at 4.7 along side the Elbing. So please let me know what you think of my idea and I’ll try my best to get it accepted as a suggestion.

Júpiter-class is minelayers, not cruisers, in fact with around 264 depth charges and/or mines. Could be a good vehicle to be added and simply mining a entire section of the map would be rather fun and unique for naval battles. I recommend you doing a proper suggestion post.

Ohh joy another minelayer classed as anything but a minelayer, heh one is a cruiser an another (new this update) is a destroyer…

If I’ve got the right ship, I’m surprised it made it into WoWS… but for WT it would probably end up being a Rank V due to the size heh (eyeroll).

Also if I’ve the right ship (2600t full load), making that THAT at 4.7 is insanely daft, would probably be a 3.3-3.7 vessel.

we need spain as italian sub tree really.

Romania and Hungary can still contribute little to Italy, especially in terms of aviation, and moreover many of the remaining assets—especially in Hungary—are German or Russian C&P. Spain, on the other hand, could offer much more variety in line with NATO equipment.

World of Warships: Legends (the console version) got Spanish cruisers this update. With the Júpiter being the starter cruiser.

some Spanish aircraft would fit the tree perfectly, like the F-4C, Mirage III & F-1, or the Matador

I’ll make a gunboat/minelayer poll if I can. I’m on War Thunder hiatus because my sanity has depleted and Eurofighter stock grind is killing me.

I think spain would make a better independent TT with portugal and maybe some South American nations thrown in.

But many South American nations have histories closely tied to Spain.

In the absence of a LATAM TT, spain could host some of their vehicles

This is just my personal idea; Spanish players might not like being part of the Italian tree. Hungary and Romania, on the other hand, were in the Soviet bloc during the period I care about and have few domestic vehicles, apart from a few Romanian ones that are barely represented. Hungarian content has basically stopped, and besides the modernized Gripen and Romanian F-16s, I don’t see many future NATO aircraft coming from those nations. Even if many would be copies, I’d still like to see Spanish Phantoms, Mirages, and so on in the Italian tree.
