SPAA should get a mechanic to just turn radar off without it folding in

With the new-ish ARMs now in game, I think SPAA would benefit from separation of the “turn radar off” and “fold radar into transit position”.

I would like to be able to keep my radar up but turn it off, as some radar do either a couple more sweeps after turning off or just have long folding animations.
