Thing is, they are going for the thickest armor plan for the ship, which is way too unrealistic since the Soviet still lacks capacity to cast such a thick metal plates. I assumed they did this to make it an “equivalent” of Yamato, so I hope that they didn’t use the paper factor of the ship and made it stupidly OP without justifiable reason.
I play naval more than I play ground, especially at top tier, go whine somewhere else.

I really wish people would be open to the idea of naval finally getting the attention it needs instead of making the same insulting “nobody cares about naval” and “the 2 naval players will like this” jokes. Naval is a game mode with tons of potential, but all people can do is insult and brush it aside, which makes it less likely that new players will try it. I am really happy to see Gaijin putting more effort into naval, and I hope it draws in more players, thereby causing Gaijin to continue to work on it and expand it. It is an equal part of the game, and it is about time it is treated as such!

And the other 45% is air that will also be affected by how good or bad the new SPAAs are.
Personally, im just leery on its potential AP performance considering what we know of Kronshtat.
Because if this thing has equal or better penetration than an Iowa with twice the explosive filler im calling bullshit.
The more people start to play it, the more attention it will get from Gaijin, and the more likely those issues will be fixed.
Revert Naval Arcade aiming. I will not be playing Naval again while the Naval Arcade aiming is so horrible and ruined.
The issue is…it’s just not all that fun. Especially with how many bots it relies on. Adding new end-line content is not really swaying the opinion.
Based on how they shorehorned the thickest armor plan (which is, again, impractical), I’m afraid that they are gonna give the ship the rate of fire of 4 rpm based on an overly optimistic estimate made by the Soviets. I’m not surprised if they are gonna pull that off.
On one hand Im still hoping (or coping?) for new top tier AA for germany this update, on the other these new ships look beautiful so im kinda glad we have naval focused update once in a blue moon.

So we can have paper projects like this that were planned to be this way, but never fully built. But the flakpanzer 341 had to be removed? Make it make sense!!!
i think naval is okay, but the gameplay isnt fun, its slow, the difference in skill is deadly since expirience in aiming makes it easy to make 1 shots, while new players get 1 shot 2 minutes spawned in without a real chance to fire back.
also mapdesign, well its water everyone spawns, a bit out of range, then fires at 1 target until its dead or yourself blow up, maps where everyone spawns in a circle feel completly arcade, there are no real missions unlike try to stay alive ans hope your team gets more caps
