USA gets AIM-120C-5 in their F/A-18C Late. on this update.
No extra grind of whole plane from basics again, but just a single modification to go

While F-18C stuck at 14.0 with

  • no HMD
  • no AIM-120C (NEW)

and
Swedish players need to unlock the new MLU2 from the basics.

If there will be no decompression after a new update, is there any point in letting F-18C exist?
It seems it exists for nothing more than ‘making more of painful grinding to non-USA main players’.

I was quite disappointed when F-15E/I and F/A-18C were able to get AIM-120C, but none of British jets were able to get.
But seems the situation on the Nordic side is even worse than ours.

Is F-18C stuck at 14.0 with F/A-18C Late even without HMD AND AIM-120C-5 because F-18C turn slightly better cause of lighter than fatty american cousin? (Sacastic)

Of course not, its pretty much constant middle fingers every patch for air with gaijin given how poor sweden is for air, good CAP no, good multirole no, you have a gripen which will hinder itself to perform one or the other and the new MLU lacks effective CAS for whats to come makingbit redundant as a CAS vehicle so we’re back to having a mid CAP fighter and another Mid Finnish CAP fighter.

I just wonder why Gaijin dislikes Nordic air so much.
AFAIK, Sweden got the same treatment on their Gripen before. right?
Gripen on others were able to access ARH by a single modification, but Sweden got a new Gripen with a whole new level of grinding.

Well, I heard they gained quite much of infamous on the ground by the Leopard fleet, though.

I think Gaijin has a personal beef with the Swedes for joining NATO

Gaijin either needs to raise the ceiling heavily (prob to 15.0/16.0) and decompress top tier, the fact the F-18C is only considered to be .3 BRs better than the F-16C or JAS-39C is diabolical, and the fact the JAS-39A (mind you, a handicap only the Swedes have) gets to see Eurofighters and Hornets every match is atrocious.

Even worse when you realize everyone got the Gripen C before Sweden, Britain and Italy got it while Sweden was stuck with the A, technically Japan got it after, but in the Japanese TT it serves as a direct sidegrade to the F-16 OCU, in Sweden it’s 400k, then you have to get an aircraft 1 BR above you for 410k, just to get the same plane but with AMRAAMs for another 420k, whereas other TTs only have to go 400k to get ARHs WITHOUT the pain period of using a 13.0

Gaijin is also just spitting in Sweden’s face with the Swiss Hornets.

The only thing Gaijin has really given Sweden has been the Strv 122s. And just you wait, Gaijin is gonna find a way to bully Sweden when they get around to the Strv 123A, I can already see the devblog “due to the nature of the Strv 123 being a proposition, we are not giving it Thermals or rounds higher than DM33, however, we will be adding the Strv 123A at a later date with a much better FCS”

There are no TT heavies, with the only two being the KV-1E and Kungstiger, both of which are premium and only one can be purchased rn. Gaijin still refuses to give Sweden stuff like the Kranvagn. At least they get the ELDE-E, which’ll be outclassed by every other MCSPAA because you only get 8 missiles. Fun!

PLUS, we’re literally getting the SL-AMRAAM humvee, I presume the NASAMS-HML, but they aren’t giving it to Sweden, despite the system being mostly Finnish (the HML, that is)

Thankfully, this update is putting me back on my Japan grind, so I don’t have to worry about Sweden until I’m done over there

Can’t wait for Gaijin to give us the Gripen E just so Sweden can have the Meteor and IRIS-T, but just add it to the Eurofighters verbatim

The Svenska Aeroplen Aktiebolegat confirms that the Gripen C can carry the IRIS-T and Meteors, btw

Gaijin likes 10.0+ ground sweden when it comes to leopards, anything else is pretty much unloved lol. Such a shame since i dont care for the Leos compared to the CV’s

Should expect it at this point.

Had to wait for the gripen c to get the AMRAAMs that the a should have gotten.

Had to get the viggen di to get the AMRAAMs the d should have gotten.

It’ll happen again watch.

You forgot the AGM 65G they never gave people their RP or SL back for when the Hungarian gripen and SAAF Gripen were the only ones to get AGM65G while sweden with stuck with RB75T for 2 weeks before not getting their mods refunded when they removed them lol.
