The problem of leaking classified documents is probably due to two things: WarThunder is much closer to modern warfare, and the game requires detailed documentation for implementation. I can somewhat sympathize with the feelings of users who are dissatisfied with the performance of their favorite vehicles (or nations) and want to make improvements and present historical documentation.
Some materials can be found on the Internet or open to the public. These are easily accessible, and although not strictly confidential, you should not submit anything that is prohibited by law.

- Skill bonuses in RP. Extra reward for a certain number of kills in a session. The required kill number, as well as the bonus value are determined by the game mode and vehicle rank. For example, the approximate values for rank III arcade ground vehicle battles are: 3 kills +15%, 6 kills +30%, 9 kills +50%. Next Major Update.

It’s a bit mixed for me.
But with rank VIII ground extremely likely in one of the last 2 updates of this year, I won’t complain about this update.
I might expect new Ground EC map in ground AB, ground RB & ground SB for modern ground vehicle 20 km x 20 km minimum and Ground Forces Air Maps bigger 65 km x 65 km for aircraft 11.3-12.7 after this month
And new Air EC map in Air RB & Air SB bigger 131 km x 131 km for aircraft 11.0-12.7 Q4 this year or 2024
